FO: Summer Scarf

Over seven months have passed since I cast off this Finished Object, but I've finally got my backside into gear and woven in that last end. So here it is, my Summer Scarf:

Pattern: Lace Ribbon Scarf by Veronik Avery.

Yarn: Kraemer Yarns Sterling Silk & Silver. Bought at Natural Stitches, Pittsburgh.

Mods: None.

Project: Online at Ravelry.

Having originally knit this up far too long, I now have plenty of yarn left. I'm thinking a set of matching gauntlets, and if the yarn can stretch to it, then a little hat too.

  1. It looks really nice yarn, having silky yarn on your hands will feel very luxurious I'm sure.

  2. Weaving in ends is always a procrastination point! Nice scarf.

  3. I noticed on the bus this morning that I've been wearing my Kim hat for weeks without weaving the ends in. I suppose I must have been so eager to wear it that I forgot...

It was a big relief because when I noticed the yarn ends dangling inside the hat I thought it was unravelling...
