One exam down...

And only one to go - I think I might just prefer this "one exam lots of stuff" approach to the numerous undergraduate exams with slightly less content.

Revision

Is interesting but more so I think if I didn't feel I was rushing through things (or not but I should be).

Coursework Woes

Handed a paper copy of my coursework in today around five minutes late which should be OK but I forgot to submit it electronically before I did so I missed the deadline for that and the folder was locked. I hate electronic sumission - I always forget to do it.

Flapjacks, Attempt 3

I asked Chriss for her recipe a while back but haven't had it so in the meantime I thought I'd trawl the internet for something that might taste roughly similar (i.e. something with treacle). Here's the one I found and tried today:

---

Makes ~6/8, ~30 minutes.

170g/6oz oats
115g/4oz margarine
115g/4oz caster sugar
2dsp black treacle
1dsp plain flour

Grease and lightly flour a baking tray, preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Melt together the margarine and treacle over a low heat before adding dry ingredients. Mix well before turning off heat and pressing into baking tray. Bake ~20 minutes and cut into slices whilst still warm. Remove from tray once cooled.

Petition For a Guiders Hoodie

I've just added my signiture to a petition for a Guiders hoodie. I'd love a Guiders hoodie (as long as the sleeves didn't shrink in the wash like all my other Guiding uniform jumpers). The petition is here.

1.5 tsp mild curry paste
100g broccoli, chopped
100g cauliflower, chopped
1.5 tsp lemon/lime juice
125ml coconut milk
75ml water
1 vegetable stock cube
1.5 tsp mango chutney
Half a mango, sliced

Dice the meat and lightly fry until browned. Add remaining ingredients except mango, stirring until the mixture comes to the boil. Add the sliced mango and heat for ~2 minutes.

Organising

Been sorting out paperwork for the London trip tomorrow. Went through all the forms getting very confused when they didn't seem to match up to the right people - think it's all there now though. I've packed my bag and so I think it might be bedtime.
